Bathroom refurbishment includes a totally new bathroom.

We break everything, and begin from the floor. We lay new waterproof membrane floor/walls, floor leveling, tiles floor/walls, new ceiling, new lights, extractor fan, new wiring, new pipework, hot/cold, waste, new supplies (as bath,shower tray,shower enclosure, WC, vanity unit+basin, all taps, towel radiator, and paperholder).

Everything is to be spoken and agreed with the customer before we start working.

It depends on : 

– the size of the room; 
– the size of the tiles used;
– the condition of floor/walls.

Approximately, the job will be done in 2 weeks.

The price is depending many factors as :

– the room dimensions;
– the condition of floor/walls;
– it’s a flat or a house;
– on which floor;
– which material of tiles;
– the size of tiles;
– the corner finishing (tile trim or 45*);
– the supplies/materials which will be used;
– the location;
– the space for skip/car park.

It will cost approximately around +/- 7K including labour and all materials.
